We partner with Fortune 500s and high-growth startups to ship AI-first interfaces that marry human-centered design with predictive analytics, machine learning outputs, and real-time visualization—powered by modern design systems and collaborative product teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for AI-powered dashboards—from research and wireframing to prototyping, usability testing, and handoff to engineering teams.
- Translate complex data models, AI predictions, and ML outputs into clear, intuitive visualizations and user workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with product managers and data scientists to define user personas, success metrics, and AI interaction patterns that drive adoption and engagement.
- Design responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components within design systems, ensuring consistency across AI modules and user roles (admin, analyst, executive).
- Conduct A/B tests, heatmaps, and user feedback sessions to iteratively refine interface behavior and boost conversion, retention, and feature adoption.
- Advocate for human-centered design in AI product teams—championing ethical UX, transparency in algorithmic outputs, and user control over AI-driven recommendations.
