Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a skilled FinTech professional to join our team in a flexible role, combining content development, research, and teaching opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge in FinTech and expertise in relevant technologies. As a FinTech Academic Expert, you will educate, train, and support the development of fintech products, tools, and case studies for students.

Requirements

1. Tools

Required: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Java, Python, or R, with hands-on coding experience.

Preferred: Practical experience with at least one of the following:

Bloomberg Terminal (financial markets)

Ethereum (blockchain development)

TensorFlow (AI/ML & big data processing)

2. Practical Knowledge In

Financial markets and digital wallets

Blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals

AI/ML concepts, deep learning, and big data processing

Cybersecurity, APIs, open banking, InsurTech, or RegTech

3. Education & Experience

Prior teaching or training experience preferred

Industry experience in the Product function of FinTech, banking, or financial services is a plus

4. Skills

Strong communication and mentorship skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners

Roles & Responsibilities

Content Development: Design and curate high-quality educational content related to FinTech.

Research: Conduct in-depth research on current FinTech trends, innovations, and best practices.

Teaching & Training: Deliver engaging lectures, mentor students, and guide them through case studies in FinTech.

Development Assistance: Support FinTech product development initiatives based on availability.
