Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled FinTech Consultant (Senior Functional Consultant Finance Domain) with expertise in SAP FICO, Treasury (Murex/Aladdin), and Taxation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong finance and accounting knowledge, hands-on SAP configuration experience, and the ability to bridge business requirements with system capabilities. This role is critical for driving end-to-end implementations, business process optimization, and supporting finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Finance SME for implementation of solutions across SAP FICO, Treasury, Murex, Aladdin, and Taxation platforms.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand finance process needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Configure, integrate, and test SAP FICO / Treasury / Tax solutions.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during cutover.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness for go-live.
- Create and deliver training, SOPs, and process documentation for end users.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system/finance process issues, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support custom developments and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA, M.Com, or B.Com.
- Experience: 7+ years overall with minimum 6+ years in SAP FICO / Finance domain solutions (implementation & support).
- Strong understanding of finance processes Financial Closing, Consolidation, Taxation, Budgeting & Forecasting.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, integration, and deployment.
- Knowledge of Treasury systems (Murex, Aladdin) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
