Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction reports received from payment acquirers, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and acquirer reports.
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial and transaction reports to merchants.
- Monitor settlement flows, fees, chargebacks, and adjustments across multiple payment channels.
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and external partners to improve reconciliation workflows.
- Support month-end closing activities, including account analysis and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in reconciliations, preferably within fintech, payments, or banking.
- Familiarity with payment processors, acquirers, and merchant settlement cycles.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or financial systems.
- Ability to manage large datasets and work in a fast-paced environment.
