Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations & Cost Management

Manage financial workflows related to US resourcing, including cost allocations, budgeting, and rate card tracking.

Monitor and track employee cost-to-company (CTC), billing rates, margins, and profitability for assigned accounts.

Validate timesheets, billing data, and resourcing costs for accuracy and compliance.

Support monthly/quarterly financial closings for the resourcing HR function.

Prepare margin analysis, variance reports, and cost optimization insights.

  • Workforce & Resourcing Financial Governance

Track onboarding, deployment, redeployment, and bench cost for US-resourced employees.

Ensure compliance with contractual financial terms for client engagements.

Maintain updated cost sheets, offer financials, and compensation structures aligned with US market norms.

Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation and control measures.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards for resourcing financial metrics (billing, utilization, margins).

Generate weekly/monthly MIS, financial reports, and insights for leadership decision-making.

Analyze trends related to hiring cost, onboarding cost, resource utilization, and revenue forecasting.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with TA, Finance, HR Ops, Payroll, and Delivery teams in the US and India.

Liaise with account managers and HR partners to resolve financial discrepancies.

Partner with HRBPs to support compensation decisions and budgeting for new hires.

  • Process Improvements

Recommend improvements in financial tracking, reporting automation, and workflow efficiency.

Participate in resourcing system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience in FinOps, HR Finance, Workforce Cost Management, or similar roles.

Experience in US staffing/resourcing is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and financial modeling.

Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and financial tools (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Skills Required

Excellent Excel and data management capabilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
