Job Description

Euro Mechanical is looking for a FinOps Expert / Solution Architect to join our team.

This role will own the day-to-day support and operational stability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (including Projects module) and D365 CRM Sales, acting as the primary L1/L2 support contact for business users and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

The role will also drive the functional solution, system stability, and continuous optimisation of D365 through controlled enhancements, effective UAT and release governance, and reduction of recurring issues. In addition, this position will manage L3 escalations with the support vendor, ensuring SLA compliance, quality fixes, and strong root-cause closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day L1/L2 support for D365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Projects module) and D365 CRM Sales, ensuring timely issue resolution and user guidance.
  • Manage the full ticket lifecycle, including intake, prioritisation, troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and closure.
  • Drive system stability and continuous improvement through functional optimisation, controlled changes, testing coordination, and post-release validation.
  • Lead incident and problem management, including recurring issue analysis, root-cause identification, and implementation of permanent fixes.
  • Manage L3 escalations and vendor performance, including SLA tracking, UAT validation, RCA follow-up, and documentation.
  • Support business users and adoption through requirement gathering, functional documentation, training, onboarding, and access/license governance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a Techno-Functional Lead / Functional Consultant / Solution Architect role.
  • Strong functional understanding of:

Finance: GL, AP, AR

SCM : Purchasing, Inventory, Sales

F&O Projects module: budgeting, costing, billing concepts

CRM Sales: lead/opportunity pipeline, forecasting, activity management

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics configuration, workflows, and functional troubleshooting.
  • Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, and structured release management.
  • Proven experience managing external vendors and enforcing SLA-based support for L3 tickets.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Finance/SCM, Customer Engagement, Solution Architect) are a plus.
