FinOps Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily reconciliations across bank accounts, lending partners, payment gateways (PGs), and LMS.
• Track and monitor disbursements, collections, repayments, and settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial dashboards, and operational trackers.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and partner requirements.
• Coordinate with lending partners, NBFCs, payment providers, and internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 12 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations within an NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI setup.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis tools).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams.
