Role OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven FinOps professional to own and streamline our financial operations across banking, OTC trading, reconciliations, and institutional onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations in a fast-scaling fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Actively support day-to-day OTC operations, including trade confirmations, reporting, and issue resolution
- Track and reconcile OTC trades in real-time, ensuring all entries are updated and reflected correctly
- Prepare and maintain daily trade reports, ledgers, and transaction records with high accuracy
- Initiate and manage new client onboarding workflows
- Review KYB documentation and coordinate with compliance for approvals
- Ensure timely sharing of required documents with OTC clients and internal teams
- Manage bank account openings, documentation, and ongoing coordination with banking partners
What We're Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in finance operations/fintech/payments
- Strong understanding of reconciliation, reporting, and financial workflows
- Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes and documentation
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with banks, payment partners, or crypto platforms is a plus
