Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations professional for a full-time, on-site role at our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will manage critical financial planning and analysis processes, prepare budget forecasts, analyze financial data, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Daily responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor cash flows, identify cost optimization opportunities, and generate actionable financial insights. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to support strategic decision-making and align financial performance with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of proven experience in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance operations
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Ability to manage & prepare MIS, budgets, monitor cash flow, and provide strategic financial insights
• Proficiency in financial tools and software; advanced MS Excel skills are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required
• Knowledge of the AI industry or exposure to tender management is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
