Eligibility

For Freshers:

M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) – CGPA/Percentage: 80% or above

For Experienced Candidates:

B.Tech (Mechanical) or M.Tech (Structural)

Relevant experience in FEA/Structural Analysis

• Check all available inputs in the drawings and documents for a particular

project.

• Identify missing inputs then either make prudent assumptions or ask client to

provide those inputs.

• Plan and execute projects for simulation of engineering phenomenon.

• Provide design recommendations and directions to clients in the early stages of

product/process design.

• Responsibility of pre-processing, solving, and post – processing of numerical

simulations.

• Verify that simulations follow basic laws of physics.

• Research to understand simulation methodology for new kind of projects in the

company.

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with the help of various FEA tools/software.

• Preparation of project report.

• Peer review of projects done by other colleagues.

• Co-ordinate with other colleagues for execution of mechanics-related projects.

• Organize and upload relevant project files in the company's common server

during and after completion of project.

• Learn, understand, and apply the company's engineering processes and

practices.

• Apply basic and advanced mechanical sciences to perform design analysis of

products and components, including static/dynamic analysis, strength of

materials, material selections and design optimization.

• Produce and utilize engineering calculations and operate computer programs

to support design analysis and engineering efforts including spreadsheets and

Internet Resources.

• Apply manufacturing quality and considerations while generating solutions.

• Perform Linear, non – Linear, Static Transient, Modal and Contact FE analysis

using FEMAP, Nx – NASTRAN.

• Interpret FEA results, understand physics of structural analysis, provide

solutions/recommendations and write reports.

• Participate in collaboration with other verticals at Mechartés to envision and

develop design packages/design processes jointly.

• On time delivery and quality of deliverables.
