Finishing Manager

Objective:

Responsible for overseeing construction of finishes and fitouts for multiple construction projects from planning to completion. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality infrastructure while improving operations, controlling costs, reducing risks, and meeting deadlines.

This role entails:

• Ensuring that all architectural finishes and fitouts are installed and executed according to the project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations
• Supervising the project by overseeing all onsite constructions, estimate costs, schedule deliverables, monitor compliance and follow safety regulations
• Minimizing and eliminating project related risks by optimizing overall efficiency and reducing waste

Invest energy in bringing best practices from professional bodies and industries in general to establish, practice and improve the system which enable stakeholders in achieving project/ program objectives

Experience: 10- 15 Years of experience
