We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-18 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in finishing work, to oversee and ensure the quality of final touches in our projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee finishing work on construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and laborers to schedule and execute finishing tasks.
- Conduct inspections of work completed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to finishing works.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on finishing techniques and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in finishing work within the construction industry (8-18 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials and techniques, including drywall installation, painting, and flooring.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
