We are seeking a FinFET Node SoC Lead Physical Design Engineer for a full-time remote role. In this position, you will lead the physical design implementation and integration of System-on-Chip (SoC) designs focused on advanced FinFET manufacturing nodes. Your responsibilities will include physical implementation, timing analysis, logic design collaboration, and ensuring adherence to design guidelines and timelines. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chip design and oversee quality assurance through detailed verification processes.

• Expertise in Physical Design methodologies for leading-edge FinFET nodes
• Proficiency in Physical Verification techniques, including DRC and LVS
• Strong understanding of Logic Design and RTL Design principles
• Experience with Circuit Design and optimization for high-performance SoCs
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) is a plus
• Understanding of semiconductor process technologies and industry trends is advantageous
