- Experience in lesson planning, teaching, and art education
- Proficiency in drawing and painting
- Strong artistic and creative skills
- A passion for teaching and inspiring students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field
- Experience in working with K-12 students is a plus
