How will you make an impact in this role
The Finance Automation COE team within the Finance Technology Data & Transformation (FTD&T) group is responsible for strengthening business engagement framework, identifying and delivering results on critical projects and initiatives leveraging process automation and the use of advanced technologies.
We are looking for a motivated colleague who is collaborative and passionate about transforming processes using automation tools & capabilities. The Finance Automation COE team is part of the Finance Technology, Data & Transformation (FTD&T) group and partners with Finance and Controllership teams to modernize regulatory reporting and financial processes through automation, data transformation, and next-generation technology platforms, including Lumi.
The individual is expected to play a critical role of partnering with Controllership and broader Finance leadership teams for regulatory & treasury processes supporting Fast Forward initiatives . This role will support Lumi-enabled regulatory and finance transformation initiatives, focusing on data sourcing , data quality, process standardization, controls, and automation. The analyst will work closely with product owners, regulatory SMEs, technology teams, and automation partners to help deliver scalable, well-controlled regulatory reporting solutions. The role will be based out of Gurugram, India
Key Accountabilities
Work within Agile delivery teams to support sprint activities, including backlog refinement, testing, defect tracking, and release readiness.
