Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Systems & Analytics Manager. In this role, you will manage and optimize financial systems, oversee financial reporting, and analyze data to uncover insights that support decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field (Finance major strongly preferred).
- MBA in Finance, CFA, CPA, or FP&A certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial models.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with financial data warehouses and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, KPI development, and financial performance reporting.
Preferred Experience
- Professional Services, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Consulting industry experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience developing financial dashboards, profitability models, and executive scorecards.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts, dimensional modeling, and financial data governance.
