Financial Subject Matter Expert AI Model Training & Evaluation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on finance expertise to support AI and LLM model training and evaluation.
• Apply real-world financial judgment to assess, score, and improve AI reasoning across multiple finance workflows.
• Define finance workflows for AI models including M&A deal analysis, company valuation, equity research, and portfolio or risk analysis.
• Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, and rubrics to assess AI-generated financial outputs.
• Review and score AI responses for financial accuracy, logic, assumptions, and analytical depth.
• Provide structured feedback to AI, product, and engineering teams to improve reasoning and output quality.
• Apply real-world finance execution experience to validate and refine model performance.

Required Qualifications
