From finding domestic help to monitoring visitor entry and maintenance or utility bill payment, it's all done from your phone. It also further strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits accessible anytime and anywhere and automates staff entry through a facial recognition or biometric process

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management Maintain and update society accounting records, including expenses, income, and budgets. Generate and deliver monthly financial statements to society management. Oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts and payment gateways.

2. Client Interaction Actasapoint of contact for society management committees regarding financial matters. Address and resolve queries related to accounts and transactions promptly.

3. Payment Processing Ensure timely collection and disbursement of funds, including maintenance fees and vendor payments. Oversee payment schedules and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

4. Reporting and Compliance Ensure compliance with local accounting and financial regulations. Prepare audit-ready documentation for societies as required.

5. Collaboration and Support Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including operations and support, to deliver a seamless experience for clients. Assist in onboarding new societies to the platform by setting up financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

2+years in an accounting or financial management role.

Experience in society or community management accounting is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Familiarity with online payment platforms and ERP systems.

SoftSkills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
