Financial Sales Consultant

Location: Chennai & Across Tamil Nadu

Industry: BFSI / Financial Services

Salary: 30,000 – 60,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduation (NISM / IRDA Certification Preferred)

About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager – Financial Services Sales across Chennai and Tamil Nadu locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Mutual Fund sales with excellent product knowledge and an existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and generate business opportunities
• Promote and sell financial products including:
• Life Insurance
• Health Insurance
• Mutual Funds
• SIPs & Investment Products
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Cross-sell financial products to existing customers
• Conduct client meetings and portfolio discussions
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Generate leads through references, networking, and direct client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer service

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 – 5 years of experience in Financial Services Sales

Strong product knowledge in Insurance & Mutual Funds

Existing client/customer base preferred

Good communication and relationship management skills

Target-oriented and self-driven approach

Experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Investment Advisory preferred

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: 30,000 – 60,000 per month
