Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Specilaist located in Indore. The upholder of the designation will be responsible for business development through new client acquisition, client retention and relationship management, while providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Designation: Financial Sales Consultant

Nature: On-site, Permanent - Indore [M.P.]

Package: 3 LPA- 4.8 LPA

Experience : 0-3 years

Joining Availability : Immediate - up to 30 days notice considered

Key Responsibilities :

• Client outreaching and engagement through calls, chats and mail.
• Assist clients in identifying the ideal service combination and generating revenue.
• Educate clients on trading basics, company services, market risks, and recommend strategies based on their risk profile.
• Establish and maintain long term client relationships.
• Assist clients with account setup, KYC, and onboarding on trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring smooth and timely activation.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English Communication.(verbal and written)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree. (must have )
• Sales or direct client interaction internship experience for freshers.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct client interaction profile for experienced applicants.
• Knowledge of the Domestic and Global Financial Market is a plus (Forex & Comex)
• Should be a self motivated, goal-oriented individual with exceptional relationship management skills.
• Experience in International Sales, Marketing and Financial Services will be preferred.
