Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation:Proactively sell life insurance products to prospective clients through telecalling, direct meetings, or digital campaigns.
  • Lead Conversion:Handle inbound/outbound leads provided by the company, including branch walk-ins or web leads, to close sales
  • Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Advice:Understand customer needs and provide customized insurance product recommendations.
  • Target Achievement:Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Documentation:Ensure accurate completion of policy documents and adherence to compliance guidelines.
