Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Reporting - Sr. Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, along with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial activities.
  • Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial data effectively.
