Job Description

Company Description VRIDANTA ADVISORY was founded to close a critical gap in real estate: properties are often owned but not professionally managed. The firm helps investors maximize returns by bringing structure, discipline, and clarity to their investment portfolios. This approach supports better risk control and more predictable outcomes for clients. VRIDANTA ADVISORY has a particular focus on Non-Resident Indian (NRI) investors with significant holdings in India, offering tailored advisory and management services.
Role Description The Financial Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual and NRI investors, serving as a primary point of contact for their real estate and associated financial investments. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives, preparing and explaining investment proposals, monitoring portfolio performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure professional management of client assets. The Financial Relationship Manager will also handle regular review meetings, respond to client queries, assist with documentation and compliance, and support risk management and reporting activities. The role requires proactive outreach to existing and prospective clients, contributing to business development while maintaining a high standard of client service and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage diverse investor needs.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts, investment analysis, and risk management, ideally with exposure to real estate or wealth management.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA level, real estate or investment advisory credentials) are an advantage.
  • Comfort with using productivity and CRM tools, and with interpreting data and performance metrics for client discussions.
  • Professional, ethical approach to client service, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience working with NRI or high-net-worth investors and familiarity with Indian investment and regulatory context
