Senior Specialist – FP&A | Gurgaon (Hybrid, US Shift)

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Experience: 5–10 years

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift (3 PM – 3 AM IST)

About the Role:

We are hiring for a Senior Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive business insights and decision-making through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. If you excel at interpreting financial data and influencing strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain 18-month rolling forecasts for contracts and regions.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop operating budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
• Perform monthly analysis & reporting on functional spend and forecast variances.
• Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Consolidate and standardize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and resolving inconsistencies.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to both finance teams and business leaders.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, reporting, data modeling) & PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with financial/statistical software and SQL/databases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to visualize and present financial data using reports, charts, and dashboards.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Power BI experience for financial visualization & reporting.
• Professional certifications like CFA, CPA are a plus.

Work Mode & Shift

• Hybrid: 3 days WFO, 2 days remote.
• Shift Window: 3 PM – 3 AM IST (US Shift).
