Hiring for Senior Executive FP&A (Indian Process)
Location: Noida
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead key financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role involves close collaboration with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, actionable insights, and continuous improvement of financial processes. Candidates should be adaptable and open to future international opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee FP&A operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support the budgeting and financial planning processes in alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and promoting skill development.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices within the FP&A function.
- Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key business metrics and financial insights.
Qualifications:
- CA Intern, CA Dropout, or CA PursuingMBA in Finance (preferably in the final stage of the course).
- 5+ years of experience in finance roles, especially in FP&A or related areas.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
