Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Manager

Role Overview

A senior finance business partner who possesses strong analysis skills to support senior stakeholders. SQL experience, advance AI tool experience to support big data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across APAC markets to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and evaluate business performance against strategic objectives.

• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for areas of responsibility.

• Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to assess investments, strategic initiatives, and key business drivers.

• Drive regional initiatives focused on operational efficiency, productivity measurement, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of finance processes and frameworks.

• Leverage data, automation, AI tools, and SQL-based solutions to enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytical capabilities while improving efficiency and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional finance teams to deliver strategic projects, address business opportunities and risks, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in finance/accounting

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proactive and forward-looking mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
• SQL and AI tools experience
