Power the Future of SaaS Delivery & Why This Role Matters

This is a high-impact Corporate FP&A role at the core of Sirion's finance organization.

You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial visibility, planning discipline, and performance insights across the business. The role goes beyond reporting it demands strong analytical rigor, structured thinking, and the ability to convert financial data into clear, decision-enabling narratives.

This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who combine strong fundamentals with executive presence and intellectual curiosity.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Own monthly management reporting and performance dashboards with clear financial storytelling
  • Drive variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast / Prior Period) and identify key business drivers
  • Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes
  • Build robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and cost optimization decisions
  • Present KPIs and financial performance insights in executive-ready Excel and PowerPoint formats
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency through automation and process improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and HR to provide financial decision support
  • Deliver actionable insights that influence strategic and operational outcomes

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

  • Premier academic credentials Top-tier DU B. Com, Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a leading institution, or CA with experience in Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms
  • Demonstrated experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably within a high-growth, performance-driven environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build scalable financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and drive forecasting rigor
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills, with the ability to craft structured, insight-driven financial narratives
  • Proven expertise in variance analysis with a strong understanding of business performance drivers
  • Experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning cycles
  • Exposure to leadership and/or investor reporting environments
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex data into strategic, decision-enabling insights
  • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement orientation
  • Prior experience in SaaS or technology environments will be an advantage
