Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager FP&A to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning & Forecasting- Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to project revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes.
2. Management Reporting- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports.
- Analyze variances between actuals and budget, identifying key performance drivers.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Support executive decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
3. Strategic Analysis- Conduct ad hoc analyses related to pricing, margin optimization, and capital allocation.
- Contribute to long-term strategic financial planning and business initiatives.
4. Process Improvement- Enhance FP&A tools, systems, and reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead automation initiatives for financial modeling and data visualization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems (ERP, BI tools, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
- Timeliness and quality of financial reporting.
- Improvement in financial processes and analytical tools.
- Quality and impact of insights supporting business decisions.
- Contribution toward achieving organizational financial goals.
Who You Are- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a fast-paced or global organization.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, preferred.
