Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Manager – FP&A to partner with Operations, Delivery, and Commercial teams and drive profitable business growth. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, revenue assurance, margin optimisation, operational analytics, and executive decision support for a BPO/BPM or services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operations leaders on revenue, cost, utilisation, and profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
• Own business-level P&L reviews and analyse performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities across accounts and business units.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cost of delivery, and account/program profitability.
• Analyse BPO operational metrics such as FTE, productivity, utilisation, shrinkage, attrition, cost per FTE, and revenue per FTE.
• Build financial models, dashboards, executive presentations, and business cases.
• Drive reporting automation, standardisation, governance, forecast accuracy, and data integrity.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong exposure to BPO, BPM, shared services, contact centre, or services organisations.
• Hands-on experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue assurance, and margin optimisation.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Qualification: CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
