About the Rol

eAs FP&A Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that shape business strategy. You'll own the full planning cycle — budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning — while partnering closely with operations, revenue management, and executive teams to optimize profitability. • ng7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, retail or multi-unit operatio
• nsStrong command of financial modelling, scenario analysis, and KPI developme
• ntAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/planning tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or Anapla
• n)Proven ability to translate financial complexity into clear, compelling narratives for non-financial stakeholde
• rsExperience leading and developing finance teams, including finance partners and business unit lea
• dsStrong senior stakeholder management skills with excellent written and verbal communicati
