Job Description

The candidate's responsibilities include managing these reports and provide insight and decision support to the CCB leadership team and JPMC finance leadership.

Ideal candidate will help support the Allocations and CCB P&A group in all aspects of business. The team member will use Excel and PowerPoint in conjunction with JPMorgan's financial tools to create meaningful reports and analysis. Excellent ability to understand business financials, juggle shifting priorities and connect the dots and superb communication skills are the key to success in this role. This is an individual contributor role and the candidate will be expected to leverage his experience and expertise to work closely with the wider team to add value to the team and business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete allocation cycle including Monthly, Budget and Forecast
  • Monitor incoming allocations and assist business with any issues or Ad Hoc requests
  • Review Admin and LOB recovery position
  • Monthly reporting including adhoc reporting
  • Variance analyses (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
  • Act as liaison between various Business Units, understand and follow Firmwide policy for allocations
  • Challenge status quo and gain complete understanding of System
  • Ensure all Legal Entity issues are resolved
  • Manage Actual rules updating and correcting when business needs arise.
  • Prepare & load Indirect Actuals, Budgets and Forecast. Ensure Rules and Volumes are loaded and data is validated after each run.
  • Update FX Hedging models during Budget for Firmwide Treasury and explain large variances to prior passes
  • Assist and/or manage projects as requested/needed (Some Projects that may be part of BoW : Legal Entity or Business closures, offshore BMs, cost studies, efficiency projects, and other allocation projects as needed)
  • Maintain calendar of deliverables.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

. MBA/Post Graduate

. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skills

. Self driven/Self motivated

. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

. Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within team environment

. Ability to research issues/problems and provide a solution-based approach

. Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment

. Strong advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (i.e. use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc.,)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

. Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, New technologies would be preferred

. Min 5+ years of post-qualification experience in banking industry - preferred with P&AExperience/Allocations Experience
