Job Description
As a FP&A Analyst at Knowvisory Global, you will play a critical role in shaping clients business decisions by translating strategy into numbers. You will build robust models, analyze KPIs, and partner with leaders across the business to drive financial rigour, accountability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly/quarterly management reports highlighting performance, trends, and KPIs.
- Drive ad-hoc analytical projects to support decision-making.
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accountability to financial plans.
- Should be able to navigate across multiple reports and work on the variance analysis to track the MoM variance and the budget vs actuals
- Should be agile, open to challenges and work under high pressure to meet the demanding deadlines
- Develop and maintain templates or automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform variance analysis and KPI tracking with business stakeholders.
- Build and automate dashboards to visualize business performance.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and automated management reporting.
- Partner with client FP&A teams for data-driven business insights.
- Lead process/system improvement and scaling initiatives.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience in Reporting and FP&A
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
- Experience with Hyperion, Essbase, or SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Business Insight, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase, and SAP is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
