We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Financial Analyst to work on a full-time or part-time, contract basis. This person will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, providing high-quality, real-world input to shape how models learn, reason, and perform. The Financial Analyst will work in the finance industry, analyzing complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. The role is unique in that it combines financial analysis with AI development, offering the opportunity to work at the intersection of two rapidly evolving fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex financial data to identify key trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making, using up-to-date analytics platforms and tools.

• Lead the evaluation of embedded finance opportunities and contribute to advisory on investment strategies, developing predictive financial models and dynamic visualizations to inform business recommendations.

• Conduct thorough market and industry research, synthesizing information from diverse sources to inform business recommendations and drive growth.

• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations clearly in both written reports and verbal presentations, ensuring that insights are actionable and relevant to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports, using data to tell a story and drive business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify key trends and insights.

• Experience with financial analysis, planning, and forecasting, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization platforms.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Domain knowledge of finance, with a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
