Location: Remote
Position Objectives: Support the finance team by performing various accounting and financial planning tasks, including setting up and managing standalone and consolidated organizational budgets and rolling forecasts across multiple entities in India, Kenya, Vietnam, South Africa, and Geneva. Ensure that time sheets are collected and signed on a monthly basis. Provide support to the GMO team and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts that guide strategic decision-making in a complex, multi currency environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
2. Collection of time analysis sheets and maintenance of summary
3. Support with staff allocation
4. Accounting tasks upon request
5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and maintain accurate staff allocation forecasts
6. Any other responsibilities as identified from time to time by the Organization.
Required Qualifications:
(i) The applicant must hold a master's degree in finance. Applicants with MBA/M.Com in Finance will be preferred.
(ii) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a sizable Organization (Preferably in Development Sector).
(iii) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
(iv) Fluent in English (written and spoken)
(v) Power BI knowledge
(vi) Good presentation skills
(vii) Accounting software experience (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Skills and Experience Required:
(i) Standalone and consolidated budgeting across multiple entities
(ii) Rolling forecasts and dynamic financial modelling
(iii) Multicurrency budgeting and exchange rate analysis
(iv) Budget variance analysis and reporting
(v) Strategic financial planning and stakeholder collaboration
(vi) Data visualization and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI)
(vii) Scenario analysis and decision support
(viii) Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance
Nature of Appointment:
The selected candidate shall be initially offered a Consultancy contract until 30th June 2026.
