Location: Remote

Position Objectives: Support the finance team by performing various accounting and financial planning tasks, including setting up and managing standalone and consolidated organizational budgets and rolling forecasts across multiple entities in India, Kenya, Vietnam, South Africa, and Geneva. Ensure that time sheets are collected and signed on a monthly basis. Provide support to the GMO team and contribute to financial planning and analysis efforts that guide strategic decision-making in a complex, multi currency environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Develop and manage standalone budgets for individual entities and departments
• Prepare consolidated budgets across all operating regions for organizational-level planning
• Support rolling forecast processes to reflect evolving business needs and regional dynamics
• Perform monthly budget vs. actual analysis and report key variances across entities
• Collaborate with regional teams to align financial plans with strategic and operational goals
• Maintain financial models incorporating multi currency inputs and exchange rate impacts
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership review
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting standards

2. Collection of time analysis sheets and maintenance of summary

3. Support with staff allocation

4. Accounting tasks upon request

5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and maintain accurate staff allocation forecasts

6. Any other responsibilities as identified from time to time by the Organization.

Required Qualifications:

(i) The applicant must hold a master's degree in finance. Applicants with MBA/M.Com in Finance will be preferred.

(ii) Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a sizable Organization (Preferably in Development Sector).

(iii) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

(iv) Fluent in English (written and spoken)

(v) Power BI knowledge

(vi) Good presentation skills

(vii) Accounting software experience (ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Skills and Experience Required:

(i) Standalone and consolidated budgeting across multiple entities

(ii) Rolling forecasts and dynamic financial modelling

(iii) Multicurrency budgeting and exchange rate analysis

(iv) Budget variance analysis and reporting

(v) Strategic financial planning and stakeholder collaboration

(vi) Data visualization and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI)

(vii) Scenario analysis and decision support

(viii) Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance

Nature of Appointment:

The selected candidate shall be initially offered a Consultancy contract until 30th June 2026.
