Financial Planning Analyst

Job Summary

The FP&A professional will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on FP&A exposure, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.

ROLE & REPONSIBILITIES

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly MIS reporting
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and provide insights
• Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Partner with business teams to support cost control and performance tracking
• Support management and investor presentations

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–5 years of hands-on FP&A experience
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP/BI tools preferred
• CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
