MIS and Chairman MIS
- Preparation and circulation of data on time
- Analysis of the operational performances for any conspicuous pointers
- Integration of data with internal stakeholders for consolidated actionable reports
P&B/BRC/Board Presentation/Preparation of LE
- Discussion and collating data with check and balances for budget
- Monthly actual data consolidation for monthly/quarterly/latest estimate reviews
Information to external stakeholders
- Meeting regular loan compliances for external stakeholders
- Data for credit rating agencies for rating exercise
Expenses monitoring and control
- Variance analysis for any off budget items
- Database for comparison and analysis
Trackers and Checklist
- Opening, Tracking and renewals of Bank Guarantees
- Tracker for Bank Guarantees
- Checklists for loan agreement and contacts to avoid compliance slippages
Qualifications & Experience
- CA mandatory
- 2 - 3 years of experience in FP&A / Business Finance
Key Metrics / KPIs
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS/reporting
- Quality of data analysis and variance explanations
- Adherence to budget timelines
- Responsiveness to stakeholder requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of SAP / ERP / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- High ownership and ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
