Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
. Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.
. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
. Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
. Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.
. Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios.

. Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of inventories, NWC

. Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reports as per division's / function's request.
. Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause.

Qualifications for the role
. Experience required - 3-7 Yrs
. Flexible with shifts - 12PM - 9PM and 10:30 AM- 7:30 PM

Experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS Office
. Degree - CMA/ MBA Finance
. Thorough / detail oriented approach.
. Strong communication skills.
. Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
