Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AM Support Operations: Oversee SAP FI CO & FSCM application support, focusing on AR transactions and collections management.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior consultants in troubleshooting and implementing best practices.
- Collections & Credit Management: Ensure efficient collections processing, dispute resolution, and credit risk assessments in FSCM.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance teams to enhance AR reconciliation, collections automation, and dispute handling.
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead root cause analysis and system improvements for AR and collections workflows.
- Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure collections and AR data integrity, supporting financial reporting and compliance needs.
- Enhancements & Change Management: Implement system updates and optimizations while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP FI CO & FSCM, with a specialization in AR and Collections management within ECC6.
- Experience in Application Maintenance Support, handling incident resolution and performance optimization.
- Leadership skills to guide junior consultants and help them gain in-depth understanding of SAP functionalities.
- Deep knowledge of Dunning, Credit Management, Collections Processing, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Bad Debt Provisioning, Aging Analysis, and Collections Workflows in SAP.
- Understanding of integration points between AR, Treasury, and Controlling modules.
- Experience with ITIL best practices for AM support
