Project Role : Financial Planning & Analysis Representa

Project Role Description : Drive performance, strategic analysis and identification and correction of financial or operational concerns. Provide financial analysis to aid in decisions pertaining to the profitability and financial health of the organization.

Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

Good to have skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical, Oracle NetSuite ERP Financial Management

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Role Summary

Non-customer-facing technical role responsible for building, standardizing, and maintaining demo environments used by Sales Engineers.

Focus areas include:

Demo configuration and standardization

Master data and tax setup

ERP integration readiness

Documentation and enablement

This role removes repetitive configuration work from field SEs and enables consistent, high-quality demo execution across platforms.

Responsibility Areas

Demo Environment Standardization

Standardize demo workflows and user journeys across ERPs

Maintain consistent order numbers, data flows, and outcomes

Replace unrealistic demo artifacts with real-world scenarios

Ensure cross-platform parity across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft

Master Data & Configuration Management

Configure and maintain:

Product codes / classes

Usage codes / classifications

Category and taxability mappings

Pre-build mappings to eliminate live demo configuration

Enforce naming conventions and searchability

Industry Demo Scenario Development

Build pre-configured demo scenarios for industries:

Manufacturing

Energy

Healthcare

Other verticals

Enable quick scenario switching using predefined codes

Support both scripted and discovery-led demos

Cross-ERP Integration Enablement

Maintain demo readiness across:

SAP S/4HANA

Oracle Cloud ERP

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Structure and document data models (e.g., O-Series)

Support phased maturity (complex platforms like SAP later stage)

Documentation & Enablement

Create and maintain:

Scenario cheat sheets

Code definitions

Configuration documentation

Publish on Confluence or internal platforms

Ensure self-service usability for SE teams

Must-Have Skills

Functional / Domain

Experience working with below ERP platform:

SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics 365

Understanding of:

Master data configuration

Transaction flows / business processes

Technical

Hands-on experience in:

Data configuration / mapping

ERP setup or system support

Basic understanding of:

Integrations / APIs / connectors

Core Capabilities

Strong attention to detail

Experience in standardization / reusable design

Documentation and knowledge management skills

Ability to work independently in non-customer-facing environment

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in tax systems

Exposure to multi-ERP environments

Experience supporting pre-sales / sales engineering teams

Familiarity with Confluence or knowledge management tools
