Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical FP&A Lead with over a decade of experience to drive financial excellence and business growth. This role is not just about managing the books—it is about serving as a high-impact business partner who can translate complex IT financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional finance, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and emerging AI-driven analytics. You will be responsible for crafting robust business plans, developing intricate business cases for large-scale transformations, and directly advising clients on financial performance and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Planning & Case Development
  • Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Cases for new product launches, market expansions, or internal IT transformations, ensuring ROI and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) are clearly defined.
  • Build sophisticated financial models to simulate various what-if scenarios and market conditions.
  • IT Finance & ITOM Integration
  • Manage the nuances of IT Finance, including CAPEX/OPEX allocation, cloud consumption economics, and software licensing costs.
  • Work closely with IT Operations to align financial reporting with ITOM (IT Operations Management)frameworks, ensuring visibility into the cost of service delivery and infrastructure.
  • Optimize IT spend through detailed variance analysis and benchmarking.
  • Client Advisory & Leadership Insights
  • Act as a lead consultant for internal and external clients, providing deep-dive analysis on profitability, cost-to-serve, and revenue leakages.
  • Synthesize complex data into high-level Leadership Insights, presenting findings to C-suite executives to influence investment decisions.
  • Drive the story behind the numbers, moving beyond reporting to provide proactive recommendations.
  • AI & Digital Transformation in Finance
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and Machine Learning for predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated reporting.
  • Stay at the forefront of Next-Gen Finance by integrating digital tools that reduce manual data manipulation and increase analytical depth.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior analysts, fostering a culture of precision and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure financial alignment with broader business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 10–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Management Consulting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or CFA/CMA/CPA preferred.
  • Technical Domain: Strong understanding of ITOM and IT Infrastructure costs. Proven ability to manage IT-as-a-service financial models.
  • Analytical Tools: Expert-level Excel and Financial Modeling skills. Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
  • AI Literacy: Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance (e.g., predictive modeling tools or GenAI for data synthesis).
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; ability to command a room of senior stakeholders.

Why Join Us

You will be at the intersection of finance and the future of technology. This role offers the autonomy to shape financial strategy and the platform to influence the trajectory of major business initiatives through data-driven leadership.
