Financial Planning & analysis ( AM / Manager / Senior Manager)) US and Australian shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage publishing accounting and FP&A tasks.
• Oversee month-end, weekly reporting, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Report Title Overheads results (TML, NGN).
• Support budgeting/forecasting and TM1 inputs with variance analysis.
• Prepare financial presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and flag variances proactively.
• Produce headcount reports.
• Review blocked invoices and GRNI; liaise with stakeholders.
• Code invoices and approve POs.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Publishing accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; able to prioritize under deadlines.
• Effective in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
