Summary:The TBA will ensure, together with the project team, that requirements are accurately translated into a Roadmap with Milestones and User Stories. The TBA will work on complex Order Management and Deal Management Systems, including integration with Enterprise services and third party systems. The TBA will analyse, understand and model existing business processes within the company and recommend improvements to ensure the effectiveness of the processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.
- Work closely with the business product owners, business product analysts, and the development team, to ensure the delivery roadmap is in line with business priorities.
- Help the development teams identify Stories which can be grouped to form minimum viable deliveries in order to support the identification in order to deploy regularly to production.
- Help team members understand the focus and delivery value of each milestone and each release.
- Be capable of articulating the business requirements to support planning and estimation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Be responsible for capturing business needs in user stories and use cases and ensure that here is sufficient detail to allow scope definition, estimation and prioritization.
- Be proactive in supporting the team s engagement in a well defined SDLC that supports planning, prioritisation and delivery needs.

Must To Have Skills:
Knowledge of Financial Markets, Systems and Over the Counter (OTC) products
- Financial sector experience
- Experience in a business analysis role in the delivery of complex systems
- Experience of eliciting and capturing requirements, using user stories and use cases, in a software development environment for the delivery of complex systems
- Enterprise system experience
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle in a technical role, 15 years full time education
