About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Lead to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis for our fast-paced courier logistics business. The role requires close coordination with business and operational teams to support data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
- Develop financial models to support strategic business initiatives
- Business Finance & Performance Analysis
- Partner with business and operations teams to provide financial insights and cost benefit analyses
- Track KPIs related to delivery costs, route efficiency, and operational productivity
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for leadership
- Analyze variances against budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights
- Cost Control & Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across delivery operations, warehousing, and third-party logistics
- Support initiatives to improve financial efficiency and margin improvement
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership, operations, procurement, and tech teams to align finance with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CMA/MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A or Business Finance
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
- Prior experience in a logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
