What would you do Process Overview Supports a series of common Operational KPI frameworks across General Insurance by conducting data validation, analysis and reporting. The frameworks provide dashboards and management materials that capture performance trends across the policy lifecycle. The outputs of the frameworks are utilized by Operations leaders across product, geography and function. Monthly engagements are held with the business to validate the KPIs and identify opportunities to drive improvements against internal and external targets. Each month the finalized material feeds into a series of regional governance forums including monthly MBRs, SMTs, ExCo's and Board meetings

What are we looking for Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business or programming related courses
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in analytics reporting & dashboard development
  • Must have intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Has experience working with relational databases such as MS Access
  • Understands both front end and back-end systems
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • With SQL knowledge and experience in working BI tools such as Power Bi, QlikView and Tableau
  • Ability to work independently and effectively without close supervision.

  • Builds, develops and maintains various dashboards and databases.
  • Prepare business reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested.
  • Manages end-to-end reporting processes such as: Maintaining the reporting solution database and dashboard. Updating all relevant dashboards. Providing monthly and ad hoc reports demonstrating the collected data. Hosting/participating regular regional/weekly calls. Preparing root cause analysis when necessary, and document and act on key risks and issues impacting the process.
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, study proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Enforces consistent execution of the policy administration cycle across assigned geographies.
  • Trains new member and ensure training documentations are kept current.
  • Participates in special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
  • Diagnoses root cause issues/bugs and then formulate recommendations.
  • Investigates data discrepancies in reports and provide justification to stakeholders.
  • Performs reverse engineering when needed to identify issues in the databases and conduct fixes in database.
  • Uses various systems such as Microsoft Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Tableau, Power BI, MS SQL Server Management studio, Cognos and Qlikview, Any Graduation
