Financial Operations ITGC- Senior/Manager

Our team of highly experienced professionals assists financial executives with their most

complex business needs, including Accounting Advisory, Financial Operations, IPO, M&A, and

Managed Services.

Responsibilities:

• Project management and ability to manage/interact with client and external audit teams.

• Ability to understand and plan a typical audit approach.

• Strong understanding of the key ITGC domains namely user access provisioning &

administration, change management and IT operations.

• Identifying and documenting system risk.

• Strong understanding of ITGC considerations and differences between SaaS and internally

developed system environments.

• ITGC systems and controls scoping.

• Documenting ITGC controls and policies.

• Performing ITGC controls walk throughs and testing.

• Leading ITGC controls assessments and developing implementation roadmaps.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience working in the ITGC space.

• Experience working with Engineering teams and homegrown technology stacks and ITGC's

• Experience with our common SaaS applications (NetSuite, Workday, SFDC, Coupa)

• Cybersecurity experience

• Experience with internally developed proprietary applications

• Assessing and remediating controls preferred

• SOC 1 reports preferred

• Segregation of duties preferred

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
