Spectral Consultants is hiring for a global research, analytics and advisory firm looking for professionals with experience in Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis and Planning.

Location: Gurugram / Mumbai

Experience: 1–7 Years

Qualification: Graduate in Finance, Accounting or a related field

What will you do

• Build financial models to evaluate business performance, project costs, revenue and profitability.
• Prepare financial projections, budgets and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Analyse different business scenarios to understand their impact on revenue, costs and returns.
• Develop models for project bidding, fundraising and investment decisions.
• Evaluate financing options, including loans, repayment schedules, interest costs and funding requirements.
• Calculate project and equity returns, including IRR (Internal Rate of Return).
• Prepare financial reports, presentations and analytical data for clients and investors.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders and other stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Support project planning, team coordination and timely delivery of assignments.

What are we looking for

Strong financial modelling and advanced MS Excel skills.

Understanding of financial statements, cash flows, budgeting and forecasting.

Knowledge of financial analysis, debt financing and investment returns.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within tight deadlines.
