We are seeking a skilled Financial Modelling Analyst to join our dynamic real estate team at Ahmedabad . This role is critical in supporting teams located across India in making informed decisions by building robust, data-driven financial models that evaluate property acquisitions, developments, mortgage requirements, and portfolio performance. Key Objectives

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support real estate investment, development, and financial structuring decisions.
  • Analyze market trends, property performance, and financial metrics to guide strategic planning by obtaining support from teams across India.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely deliver of the financial models.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and validate detailed financial models including cash flow projections, valuation, and scenario analysis for real estate assets.
  • Conduct sensitivity and risk analysis to assess potential impacts on investment returns.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing model findings for internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Work closely with valuation and advisory teams to align assumptions and data inputs.
  • Continuously improve modelling processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in financial modelling, preferably within real estate or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software experience with Argus or similar real estate platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and valuation methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate, construction management or a related field advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
