Role Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Modelling Manager to support strategic finance initiatives for a green steel/manufacturing business, with a strong focus on project evaluation, financial structuring, and investment analysis. At least 5 yrs in Steel Industry is a must .
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed financial models for capex projects (DRI/HBI, BF-BOF routes, etc.)
- Perform project feasibility analysis including IRR, NPV, payback, and sensitivity scenarios
- Analyze cost structures across raw materials, energy, logistics, and production
- Support financial structuring, funding strategy, and investor presentations
- Monitor EBITDA performance and project profitability
- Evaluate market pricing trends and benchmark cost competitiveness
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and strategy teams for project planning
- Support due diligence, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making
Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in project finance and financial modelling
- Deep understanding of IRR, EBITDA, and investment evaluation metrics
- Knowledge of steel/manufacturing cost drivers (energy, raw materials, logistics)
- Advanced Excel, financial tools, and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Experience in steel, Heavy Metal Industry
- Exposure to steel, DRI/HBI technologies, or large capex projects
