Following Evolution Infrastructure's recent partnership with Steer and to support our future growth plans, we are looking to strengthen our model audit team with the appointment of talented and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Financial Model Auditor.
Our market-leading financial model audit team provides a range of assurance services to clients operating across the infrastructure and energy sectors, and beyond.
We enable sponsors and lenders to invest with confidence, providing comfort over the integrity, accuracy and robustness of the models used to underpin transactions and to subsequently monitor investment performance.
About The Role
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and auditing complex financial models across various sectors to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA) qualification is mandatory
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with sound commercial awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling concepts
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and convey these succinctly, clearly, and confidently

Compensation
Steer is committed to ensuring that all its employees are compensated with a fair, livable wage. All initial compensation, regardless of location, may be subject to change as skills, abilities, internal equity and geographic location are considered.
In addition to base salary, all employees will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus. Please review the benefits section for more information on total reward.
Steer reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional compensation.
