Financial Literacy Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Financial Literacy Trainer who can conduct engaging financial education sessions for students, young adults and community groups.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering financial literacy programmes in schools, colleges, NGOs and other institutions, helping participants understand basic financial concepts and develop practical money-management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial literacy sessions for students in schools, colleges and NGOs across Delhi NCR.
• Explain basic financial concepts such as savings, budgeting, banking, digital payments, loans, insurance and investments.
• Deliver interactive training sessions using presentations, activities, quizzes and practical examples.
• Conduct pre-assessments and post-assessments to evaluate students understanding.
• Coordinate with school authorities, teachers and NGO representatives for smooth programme execution.
• Travel to assigned locations for conducting training sessions.
• Maintain attendance records, session reports, feedback and other programme documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned training schedules and targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, Education or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in teaching, training, financial literacy or community development.
• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills can also apply.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and public speaking skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and Google Forms.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for training assignments.
• Ability to simplify financial concepts for students and diverse audiences.
